Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is from 2pm. Earlier check in's can be arranged if the room is available. Please check with management prior.

  • Can I arrive late?

    With having a self check in system, this will allow flexibility with your arrival time.

  • Do you have parking?

    We do not have onsite parking, however there is free street parking outside the apartments. We can also arrange secure parking at a nearby parking building (3 minutes walk) at a cost of $20 per night.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all our rooms on non smoking. Smoking is only permitted in courtyard areas.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, we have both wireless and broadband internet in all rooms. There is no charge for the internet.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are within 3-4 minutes walk to the bars and restaurant on Fitzroy Street.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Unfortunately we do not have Foxtel.  All TV's are full Digital.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before arrival. Please note there is a booking cancellation fee of $10 which will be charged. Any cancellations within the 72 hrs will forfeit one night's accommodation.

  • What are the bedding configurations?

    All Apartments have a queen bed only.  Several of the larger Standard Rooms include a queen bed and a sofacouch that folds into a double bed. Please check availability before booking. Rollaway beds can also be organised for the studio rooms.  Rates apply for the third person.

  • Do you have baby cots available?

    Yes we do. Baby cots can be hired at $10 per day.

  • Do any of the rooms have a bath?

    Only 1 studio contains a bath, subject to availability. Please add a special request to your booking and if the studio is available we will allocate it to you. All rooms contain an ensuite bathroom with shower.

  • Do all rooms have balconies?

    Not all apartments have an outside balcony. These are usually subject to availability.

Self Check-in System

As we have no onsite reception, Management will contact you prior to your arrival to email details regarding the easy to use "Self Check-In system". You will be issued with a pin code to enter the security gate, and collect keys onsite. This is a fantastic reliable system that is ideal for the late night arrivals. You will be able to check in with no fuss and saves you plenty of time.

Should you have any queries or need any assistance during your stay, you can call our office number on +61 423 686 699 which diverts through to a mobile at all times.

Parking

As we do not have any parking onsite, there is free street parking outside the apartments on both sides of the road. We can also arrange secure parking at Metropol Carepark on the corner of Fitzroy Street and Canterbury Road, St Kilda at a cost of $20 per night. You will need to arrange to purchase the prepaid parking vouchers from Sixty Two on Grey and we will require at least a day notice.

Servicing of Rooms

Rooms are serviced as required. Should you require additional servicing or a daily service please contact our friendly staff. There is an additional fee of $35 per service.

Luggage Storage

Please contact our staff, should you require luggage storage before and after your stay, at a cost $5 per 4 hours. 

Damage Deposit

  • Our guests pay a damage deposit of: AUD260
  • We collect our damage deposit by: Credit card
  • We collect this from your guests: Up to 7 days before arrival
  • We return our damage deposit by: Credit card
  • We return this to our guests: Up to 7 days after check-out
