The historic National was built as a cinema in 1920s and in the 1970's it was converted to a theatre with opera and ballet studios underneath. It hosts all styles of performances from musicals, dance and opera concerts to intimate performances. Major dance events, concerts, dramatic productions and festivals are held in the venue, which still maintains its dual function as a cinema.
Luna Park is one of St Kilda's famous Icons and has been operating as an amusement park since 1912. Luna Park offers a range of amusements and thrilling rides like the Pharaoh’s Curse, Metropolis and the Enterprise, to exhilarating rides like the Spider, Twin Dragon, G Force and new Coney Island Top Drop.
